This progress confirms the strength of our talent management model and the success of our strategic plan, based on innovation, digitalization, diversification and a value proposition consistent with our principles.
Growth driven by technology, international expansion and our People first culture
AI and technology have transformed how we manage talent and our recruitment processes . By 2025, we’re integrating data-driven tools that reduce bias, streamline resume screening, and improve the accuracy of technical and cultural fit. At the same time, we’re evolving our omnichannel ecosystem with an enhanced digital office, a more comprehensive app for employees and candidates, and a revamped private space for clients, facilitating a more agile relationship across all channels.
This technological growth has paralleled our expansion as Spain’s leading multinational talent management company. In 2025, we opened 16 new offices, exceeding 170 internationally , and added over 100 professionals to our team, reaching more than 1,700 people. This structure has allowed us to support over 5,000 companies and maintain an average of more than 27,000 active users, connecting talent with real opportunities.
Our People First culture has played a fundamental role in this growth . Forbes has recognized us as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain, and the Wellbeing Awards have awarded us the Blue Quality Seal for our wellbeing practices. Through the Eurofirms Foundation, we have supported the integration of approximately 800 people with disabilities into the workforce and developed more than 150 awareness-raising initiatives.
