Artificial intelligence is redefining the world of employment and the role of human resources departments. In this context, Eurofirms and Negocios UDD of Universidad del Desarrollo brought together talent management leaders on June 18th in Santiago, Chile, to explore the main challenges and opportunities of transformation with AI.
Participants in the meeting included Miquel Jordà, President and Owner of Eurofirms Group, and Reyes Mancebo, Business Leader LATAM at Eurofirms. The event, organized in conjunction with the Center for Business and Society Research (CIES UDD), became a space for dialogue to explore how organizations are integrating artificial intelligence into their processes and management models.
Throughout the event, participants shared experiences and strategic perspectives, highlighting the importance of combining technological innovation with a people-centered management.
Artificial intelligence and talent: the challenge of integrating technology without losing the human focus
One of the main takeaways was that the transformation goes beyond technology. Artificial intelligence is driving profound changes in organizational culture, leadership and talent management.
Experts pointed out that the challenge is not only adopting tools, but also leading change from a human perspective: supporting teams, fostering adaptability and promoting cultures that drive innovation.
They strategic evolution of talent management was also highlighted, with a greater emphasis on areas such as change management, the development of new skills and data-driven decision-making.
In this context, leadership is key to balancing efficiency and well-being, ensuring that technology generates value for both people and organizations.
