Anna Golsa, global CEO of Eurofirms, has been recognized as one of the 50 most influential women in Catalonia in the list compiled by Forbes, which distinguishes leaders with a significant impact in the business, economic and social spheres.
The list brings together representatives from different sectors and offers a comprehensive view of the region’s business and social ecosystem, highlighting the role of women who actively contribute to its development and projection.
This recognition comes at a particularly important moment for the company, reinforcing Eurofirms’ position as a leader in talent management. This recognition adds to the one received in 2025, when Eurofirms was distinguished by Forbes as the only company in the sector included in the list of the 100 best companies to work for in Spain.
Anna Golsa’s leadership drives growth and transformation
Anna Golsa was appointed CEO of Eurofirms Group in January 2026, after joining the company in 2023 as Director of Corporate Services. She currently leads the global strategy focused on digital transformation, internationalization and a People first culture.
With more than 20 years of international experience, she has developed her career leading innovation, growth and transformation projects in various markets.
Under her leadership, the group achieved a turnover exceeding €700 million in 2025, its best result ever, with a 13.2% increase compared to the previous year.
In this context, Anna Golsa leads the 2024–2027 strategic plan globally, deployed across the seven countries where the company operates and focused on the evolution of our business model.
