Claire Joster drives a new edition of TARCEOs in Madrid

Last June 2, Claire Joster led a new edition of TARCEOs, organized by Canal CEO in Madrid, under the title “Unlearning Success.” The event brought together CEOs and professionals from the business environment to reflect on a key idea: what has worked in the past can become a risk if it does not evolve.

In an increasingly changing environment, leadership and organizations need to constantly challenge their own models in order to remain competitive, adapt to new realities, and respond to talent expectations.

Claire Joster drives TARCEOs with a focus on leadership evolution

At Claire Joster, we took part in TARCEOs bringing a clear perspective on how organizations and leadership styles are evolving. In this context, Susana Martín del Amo, National Leader of Executive & People Advisor at Claire Joster, participated in the roundtable “Unlearning Success: When Experience Stops Being an Advantage,” alongside other experts from the labor sector.

During the session, the focus was placed on the need to unlearn in order to move forward, and on how today’s leadership requires questioning assumptions, adapting quickly, and understanding that experience alone no longer guarantees success. Adaptability, attitude, and the ability to read the environment are becoming key elements in decision-making.

Claire Joster advocates for humanistic leadership

At Claire Joster, we advocate for humanistic leadership that places people at the center of the organization. Beyond technical expertise, today’s leadership requires understanding each individual’s motivations, context, and needs, fostering environments built on trust, respect, and communication.

From our experience in executive search & professional recruitment, we see that organizations embracing this approach achieve more engaged teams, greater adaptability, and a stronger connection between culture, purpose, and results. Humanistic leadership not only drives professional development but also reinforces team well-being and long-term sustainability.
