Throughout the event, talent was highlighted as a key driver of transformation within organizations, as well as the importance of building work environments where people can develop and contribute their best version. Anna Golsa highlights humanistic leadership at the DUX Awards

Anna Golsa, CEO of Eurofirms Group, highlighted humanistic leadership at the DUX Awards during her speech, where she emphasized Eurofirms Group’s commitment to people and talent, strengthened over more than three decades supporting companies and candidates in their development.

Representing the group, Anna Golsa presented the DUX Talent Award to Inés Bermejo, General Manager of HP Iberia. This recognition acknowledges individuals who bring ideas to life, drive change, and create a positive impact within their organizations.

During her speech, she also focused on one of the main current challenges in the labor market: generational turnover and the need to better understand Generation Z in order to build more sustainable, diverse, and future-ready organizations.
