At Eurofirms, we have spent 35 years helping people find jobs and companies find talent. To celebrate our 35th anniversary and reach more people with the aim of helping them, we have launched an international, multi-channel communication campaign.
We wanted to tell this story on a large scale. That is why, as part of the campaign, we created a People first interview. An interview that went beyond the CV and was displayed on the screens at Callao, Madrid. Through it, we showed how we find the ideal match between candidates and companies like yours.

This interview showed how we work at Eurofirms, always aligned with our People first culture. We focus on listening to and supporting each person, helping them find the job that fits both who they are and their professional moment.
Through a conversation that goes beyond the CV, we focus on understanding values, motivations and ways of being—key elements to identifying the ideal match with a company’s culture and needs. Because when there is a real match between person and company, stronger and more sustainable professional relationships are built, and the positive impact is also reflected in results: a good match can increase productivity by up to 21%.
