Eurofirms People First achieves turnover of €386 million, with growth of nearly 10%

  • The Eurofirms Group has closed the 2018 financial year with total turnover of €386 million in Spain and Portugal.

  • With a daily average of more than 15,000 people hired, Eurofirms managed more than 165,000 staffing service contracts in 2018.


2018 was another year of growth and expansion for the Eurofirms Group People First, which has established itself as the Number One home-grown Human Resources company and is ranked fourth in the industry in Spain including international firms. Eurofirms is one of the top 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe, and the only one in Human Resources, according to The Financial Times.

The Eurofirms Group ended the year with turnover of €386 million in Spain and Portugal, 10% higher than the previous year. The trajectory of the group’s turnover is confirmation of the trend of the last few years with percentage growth in double figures.

The value-based management model is one of the reasons why the company has been a benchmark for quality in Human Resources, validating a business model that places people and their well-being at the top of the list when it comes to getting results.



Eurofirms continued its expansion in Spain and Portugal during 2018, consolidating and broadening its presence in both countries. In 2018, the Company reached a total of 107 offices, 93 of them in Spain and 14 in Portugal. Eurofirms’ offices in Spain are in Catalonia, Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha, La Rioja, Aragon, Valencia, Madrid, Asturias, Galicia, Murcia, Cantabria, the Balearic Islands, Navarre, Extremadura, Castilla y León, the Canary Islands and the Basque Country. In Portugal, the business has offices in the following towns and cities: Alverca, Aveiro, Braga, Leiria, Mem Martins, Mealhada, Pinhal Novo, Porto, Quarteira, São João da Madeira, Vila Franca de Xira and Valença do Minho. 

Eurofirm’s expansion is underpinned by its commitment to continue to offer a high-quality service based on being close to all its clients and workers. Consequently, increased business and the opening of new offices has been accompanied by increases in staffing, now at over 700 employees.


More than 165,000 hirings in 2018

The Eurofirms Group’s main service is the recruitment, selection, and training of workers, providing them to companies in every industry, a business that exceeded 165,000 hirings in 2018, an average of more than 15,000 people hired every day. The company’s services portfolio also includes executive and middle manager search, customised HR projects at clients’ facilities, training and placement. The Eurofirms Foundation is involved in the integration of people with disabilities in the workforce.
