Profiles with disabilities

We prioritize the coverage of profiles with people with disabilities through Eurofirms Foundation:

  • Set-up and disinfection of spaces. Surface conditioning.
  • Care of green areas: cleaning, clearing, pruning, weeding, replanting, fertilizer treatments, herbicides and spraying.
  • Customer service in offices and buildings.
  • Handling activities.

General Disability Act

We offer management services and legal advice so that companies with 50 or more workers can comply with the General Disability Law (reaching 2% of workers with disabilities on staff) through.

  • The annual hiring amount must be at least 3 times the Annual Public Multiple Effect Income Indicator (IPREM) per disabled worker not hired.
  • The donation must correspond to 1.5 of the annual IPREM for each non-hired worker with functional diversity.

    The General Law on Disability (LGD) establishes that private companies with 50 or more employees are obliged to ensure that at least 2% of their workforce is composed of people with disabilities.

    In the event of not being able to comply with this quota for justified reasons, companies may use alternative measures, such as contracting goods and services to special employment centers or making donations to entities that promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market.
