Eurofirms takes part in the IMPULSO+45 project led by FRAVM in Madrid

Eurofirms collaborates in the IMPULSO+45 project, an initiative promoted by the Regional Federation of Neighbourhood Associations of Madrid (FRAVM) aimed at improving the employability of people over 45 who are actively seeking employment. The programme reinforces the role of employment as a key driver of social cohesion, improved quality of life and the development of neighbourhoods with higher levels of vulnerability in the city of Madrid.

Eurofirms boosts employability for people over 45 through IMPULSO+45

Eurofirms boosts employability for people over 45 through its participation in IMPULSO+45, a career guidance programme that forms part of the municipal strategy Employment with follow-up led by the Madrid City Council’s Employment Agency. The project is based on a methodology focused on proximity, comprehensive support and the design of personalised pathways, putting people and their real needs at the centre to facilitate access to the labour market.

Talent management and personalised support with a People first approach

Talent management and personalised support are key pillars of this project, aligned with Eurofirms’ People first culture. Through collaboration with organisations such as FRAVM, we reinforce our commitment to a more human, inclusive and people-centred approach to talent management, where employment becomes a tool for social transformation. Initiatives like IMPULSO+45 show that when people are supported locally, with guidance, training and follow-up, real and sustainable opportunities are created for those who need them most.
