From March 2nd to 4th, 2026, Eurofirms Group will be present at Fira de Barcelona, promoting digital talent at the Talent Arena of Mobile World Capital Barcelona 2026. We will be offering workshops and specialized content for industry professionals; together with Telefónica Tech, we will host a session on using AI to drive more inclusive, equitable, and efficient recruitment processes; and we will have a Meet-up to present our customized services and strategic talent management solutions. All of this will take place while we welcome and assist clients and candidates in our dedicated space.
Eurofirms and Telefónica Tech: AI with purpose
On Wednesday, March 4th, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, at the Talks Stage, Eurofirms will lead a key session in collaboration with Telefónica Tech. Anna Golsa, CEO of Eurofirms Group, and Carlos Martínez, Director of Telefónica Tech, will participate. We will share the key elements of our success story based on generative AI to optimize recruitment processes by analyzing more than 20 candidate variables, ensuring more inclusive, equitable, and efficient processes.

On Wednesday, March 4, from 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Eurofirms Group will hold a meet-up led by Jaume Dulsat, Country Leader of Eurofirms Group Spain and Albert Corbella, Business leader of Claire Joster Spain.
