In an interview published in Ara, Eurofirms’ new CEO, Anna Golsa, details the upcoming challenges the company faces at this key moment of expansion. Eurofirms hires 27,000 people daily from seven countries, exceeding 91,000 annually. We aim to reach a turnover of over €700 million by 2025, representing 13% growth. From our headquarters in Cassà de la Selva, where 200 people work, we are driving technological transformation and international growth .

A culture that values people

The People First philosophy remains a fundamental pillar for Eurofirms, placing people at the heart of every decision. This approach combines a personal touch and human connection with increasingly technological processes, such as the use of AI to reduce bias and ensure fairer selections . In the interview, Maria Jordà, Foundation Global Leader, also highlighted how this vision is reinforced through job placement and training programs for people with disabilities, promoting their presence in sectors with talent shortages, such as technology.

Eurofirms’ objective: to become a global company

Eurofirms’ strategic plan sets a clear course: to consolidate its presence in all the countries where it operates and to particularly strengthen its position in the Italian and French markets. With an international team of 1,600 professionals and operations in Europe and Latin America, Eurofirms is moving towards a global model that combines expansion, technological innovation, and a deeply human culture.
