Eurofirms held a dialogue on AI and talent together with LinkedIn

At Eurofirms, we recently hosted an inspiring event in our corporate services department, in partnership with LinkedIn, entitled “ AI and Talent: Innovation with a People First DNA .” The dialogue, presented by our CEO and President, Miquel Jordà, featured Anna Golsa, Corporate Managing Director of Eurofirms Group, and Ángel Sáenz de Cenzano, Country Manager for Spain & Portugal at LinkedIn. It was an enriching session where we shared our vision and knowledge about the impact of artificial intelligence and technology on today’s professional world with some of our clients.

Young talent, human skills, and a transforming work environment

During the session, we focused on the challenges and opportunities young people face as they integrate into the workforce and the digital world. We discussed the growing importance of empathy, active listening, and soft skills as key elements for standing out and adding value in an increasingly hybrid and dynamic market. These human skills are becoming essential for building trust and creating more collaborative and accessible work environments.

AI and technology: an ethical innovation to enhance human talent

At Eurofirms, we believe that AI and technology should support talent , not replace it. We advocate for their responsible, inclusive, and ethical use, enabling us to expand opportunities, improve processes, and put people first. This vision, shared with LinkedIn, reinforces our commitment to a model where the balance between people, values, and innovation leads to a fairer, more accessible, and more humane future of work.
