From Staffing, our temporary employment division, the objective is to help people find a job that matches their skills and aspirations. In Jaume’s words, “doing things right works”: in 2024, the company achieved a record turnover of €619 million, up 13% on the previous year.


Innovation and technology with a human approach

Digitalization is one of the pillars of Eurofirms growth. Thanks to its collaboration with Telefónica Tech, we have incorporated artificial intelligence solutions that analyze more than 20 criteria in the selection processes, improving accuracy, agility and fairness. This technological approach does not replace human interaction, but rather enhances it. As Jaume explains, “we automate what does not add value in order to focus on what is essential: human contact, listening and accompaniment”.
