Leadership as an example and accompaniment
As the report explains, one of the values that best defines our culture is our understanding of leadership. At Eurofirms, leading does not mean imposing, but rather accompanying. Our leaders inspire from a close perspective, creating spaces where each person can unleash their potential. A commitment that transcends business
Expansión also explains that our commitment to people goes beyond the corporate sphere. Since 2007, the Eurofirms Foundation has been working to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities, promoting equal opportunities through recruitment, training and awareness programmes. María Jordà, the Foundation’s General Director, sums it up this way: “Inclusion is not a one-off action limited to the General Law on Disability; it is part of our responsibility as an organisation.” Today, more than 9.000 people have found employment thanks to this initiative, demonstrating that diversity is not a barrier, but a source of valuable talent.
