2. What personal data may we process?
Through this website or any of the other means that Eurofirms Group makes available to you, you can request or provide different categories of personal data depending on their purpose. Mainly, the data requested or provided in the resumes for your selection, training, career guidance or recruitment may be the following:
- Identification and contact data: name and surname, identity document, address, telephone, e-mail, image, Social Security number and signature.
- Personal characteristics: date and place of birth, age, marital status, family data, sex, nationality, mother tongue and disability (only if legally required or to adapt the job position to the disability).
- Social circumstances: licenses, permits or authorizations, membership of professional associations and profiles on social networks.
- Academic and professional: education, degrees, academic record and professional experience.
- Employment details: profession, job category or position, employee’s background (work experience), professional record and non-financial payroll data.
- Economic and financial data: bank data, economic data of salary range, data of deductions and/or subsidies.
- Commercial information data: information about activities, products, services and other marketing campaigns through telephone and/or electronic means (email, SMS and WhatsApp, among others), as well as commercial analysis related to your responses to mailings, phone calls or marketing campaigns directed to our users.
- Online identifiers: provided by devices, applications, tools or protocols for accessing the website and portal (IP addresses, session identifiers in the form of cookies or other identifiers such as access data, queries made, downloads of documentation or for statistical purposes), in order to provide statistics and facilitate access to our online services to our users.
- Profile data: personality and employment profiles created by our staff or automated as part of a recruitment process. Evaluations and references provided by previous companies where you have worked or from our clients where you have provided your work services.
- Image: photographs and videos of events, trainings and interviews in which users may participate and have given their consent for dissemination on our websites, social networks or other digital media or not own and third parties.
3. Purposes, legitimacy and conservation of the processing of data sent through:

Purpose:
- Register as a user to access the services of our website or any other means that Eurofirms Group makes available to you; participate in current and future personnel selection processes.
- Perform personality and job profiles derived from personnel selection processes.
- To carry out the recruitment of the selected candidates.
- Participate in training courses.
- Carry out studies, statistics and business analysis based on registered candidates and hired workers, such as hiring ratios, geographic areas, hiring sectors, job profiles in demand and the like.

- Inform you of our activities, products and services including by electronic means (Email, SMS and WhatsApp, among others).
Legitimation:
- Candidates: the user’s consent when registering on our website, or by voluntarily providing their curriculum by any of the means that Eurofirms Group makes available.
- Workers: processing necessary for the execution of an employment contract. Fulfillment of legal obligations involving the transfer of data to the Public Administration. Legitimate interest in keeping a history of workers (name, hiring dates, position and reason for termination).
- Image: consent of the user for its capture and diffusion.
- Commercial: consent of the user for the sending of commercial information.
- Statistical purposes: legitimate interest in conducting studies, analysis and internal statistics.
Conservation:
- Candidates: until the registered user requests cancellation or for three years from the last update.
- Workers: during the employment relationship and the legally established periods in order to be able to attend to eventual liabilities. Indefinitely as a historical record of workers with a time limit depending on the age of the worker.
- Commercial: until the user requests cancellation.
- Image: at the end of the promotional periods in which the user’s image is included and when the user revokes his consent, which will not affect the use of his image prior to his request.
Selection process through ChatBot tool
- Purpose: Participate in current and future personnel selection processes in an automated way with the ChatBot tool, which will be able to contribute in making selection decisions. Perform personality and job profiles derived from personnel selection processes. Carry out the recruitment of selected candidates. Participate in training courses. Carry out studies, statistics and business analysis based on registered candidates and hired workers, such as hiring ratios, geographic areas, hiring sectors, job profiles in demand and the like.
- Legitimation:Pre-contractual agreement with the candidate who registers for the job offer and the candidate’s consent by authorizing the processing to be initiated by a tool that makes automated decisions or may contribute to decisions about his or her candidacy.
- Conservation:Until the registered user requests cancellation or for three years from the last update.
Contact Form
- Purpose: to provide a means for you to contact us and answer your requests for information, as well as to send you communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means (email, SMS and WhatsApp, among others).
- Legitimation: the user’s consent when requesting information through our contact form and by checking the box to accept the sending of information.
- Retention: until your request has been resolved through our form or answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment and, in case you have accepted to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe from them.
Newsletter Form
- Purpose: to send our commercial newsletter and informative and advertising communications about our products or services that may be of interest to you, including by electronic means.
- Legitimation: the user’s consent to subscribe to the sending of information through our form.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe from our commercial mailings.
Sending e-mails
- Purpose: to answer your requests for information, respond to your requests and answer your questions or doubts.
- Legitimation: the user’s consent when requesting information through the e-mail address.
- Retention: once your request is answered by e-mail, if you have not generated a new treatment.
4. Why do we need to process your personal data?
The provision of personal data requires a minimum age of 14 years or, if applicable, sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contractual relationship.

5. Who are the recipients of your data?
Your data are confidential and as a general rule, will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation, it is necessary for the provision of our services and, among the companies of Eurofirms Group, in particular, your data may be transferred for the following purposes:
- Candidates: the data contained in the resumes received and the results of the interviews of the selection processes and evaluations and references provided by previous companies will be transferred to interested clients during the personnel selection processes. Additionally, for security or health reasons, specific candidate data may be transferred in order to evaluate their candidacy, access to customer facilities or to comply with some specific particularities of the job position for which they are applying.
- Workers: identification and labor data will be transferred to customers where the worker performs his job function, in order to identify employees and provide them with labor and occupational risk prevention information (identity card, contracts, TC, payroll…) for the purpose of complying with the regulations established in the field of social security and occupational risk prevention. Likewise, other additional data may be provided with the knowledge of the worker, when the circumstances of the job require it.
- Eurofirms Group: your data may be processed by the other companies of Eurofirms Group, you can consult the companies that are part of the group in the legal notice(eurofirmsgroup.com/aviso-legal); in order that you can participate in the selection processes of each of the companies of the group, to be eligible for other recruitment opportunities and for reasons of organization and business coordination and internal administration.
- Suppliers: your personal data may be accessed by certain suppliers to perform certain administrative, consulting and IT services and to carry out job-related training. All suppliers are contractually and legally bound by a duty of confidentiality and may only access data that is essential for the performance of their duties. These obligations are set out in duly formalized data processor contracts.
- Public Administration: for the purpose of complying with legal obligations that involve communicating personal data to the competent administrations, as well as to the security forces and judicial bodies when they require us to do so.
- International data transfers: Eurofirms Group uses the Clarity platform (Microsoft Corporation) to analyze how users use its website. Personal data collected through this program will be stored on this platform owned by the provider, which stores its data in the United States, there being an international transfer of data. This entity offers adequate guarantees of data protection as it is included in the list of certified entities through the Data Privacy Framework program. 6. What are your rights regarding your personal data?
Any person may withdraw their consent at any time, when it has been given for the processing of their data. In any case, the withdrawal of this consent does not condition the execution of the subscription contract or the relationships previously generated.
