Lawful Basis:
- Candidates: Your consent when registering on our website or voluntarily submitting your CV through any of the channels provided by Eurofirms Group.
- Employees: Processing is necessary for the performance of the employment contract. Compliance with legal obligations that may require sharing data with public authorities. Legitimate interest in retaining a historical record of employees (name, dates of employment, position, and reason for departure).

- Images: Until the end of the promotional period in which the image appears or until consent is withdrawn (which will not affect prior use).
Selection process via ChatBot tool
- Purpose: To participate in current and future recruitment processes through automated interaction with our ChatBot tool, which may support or carry out automated decision-making in candidate selection. This includes creating personality and job-related profiles, offering employment to selected candidates, enabling training participation, and conducting statistical or business analysis (e.g. hiring ratios, sectors, job profiles, etc.).
- Lawful Basis: Pre-contractual agreement when the candidate applies for a job and consents to the use of a tool that includes or supports automated decision-making.
- Data Retention: Until the registered user requests removal or for three years from the last update.
Company registration form (Company Login)
- Purpose: To register your company on our portal and allow you to post job offers. To send you relevant commercial information.
- Lawful Basis: Performance of the agreement with the registered company. Legitimate interest in keeping companies informed of relevant services.
- Data Retention: Until the registered company requests removal and, thereafter, for the legally required period. Marketing communications will be retained until the company unsubscribes.
Contact Form
- Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us, respond to your enquiries, and send you information about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

- Employees: Identification and employment data will be shared with the clients where the employee carries out their duties, to identify staff and provide the necessary employment and health & safety information (such as ID, contracts, social security forms, payslips, etc.) in compliance with legal obligations regarding social security and workplace risk prevention. Further data may also be shared, with the employee’s knowledge, when required by the nature of the job.
- Eurofirms Group: Your data may be processed by other companies within the Eurofirms Group. This is for the purpose of enabling your participation in selection processes across the group, considering other potential employment opportunities, and for internal administrative and organisational coordination.
