Register as candidate
How do I register through the website?
Click on the “Login candidates” button on the top menu. Follow the registration steps to create your Eurofirms account and access thousands of job offers. The same Eurofirms account is used to use the web and the app.
How do I register through the app?
If you already have a Eurofirms account, just download our app and log in. If you don’t have an account yet, you can register through the website or the app, the same Eurofirms account can be used for both.
How do I set the password?
The password is set during the registration process. Use at least 8 characters, 1 capital letter and 1 symbol to make it secure. If you have already created a password but want to change it, go to the “More” section of your personal area and click on “Change password”.
How do I recover my password if I have forgotten it?
You can retrieve your password whenever you want by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link in the login screen of your personal area.
Can I register at a Eurofirms office?
Yes, you can register at any of our more than 150 offices in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Chile, Peru and Brazil. Can we help you?
How do I access my personal area?
Click on the “Your personal area” button in the top menu and enter your data (e-mail and password) to access your private area.
Offers for employment
How do I apply for a job offer through the website?
Click on “Find a job” in the top menu to access the job search engine. Then type in the position or job you would like to find and click on the “Search offers” button. You can use the filters to choose location, date of publication or type of offer. When you find an offer that interests you, click on “View offer” and find out all the details. If you are interested and want to sign up, click on the “Sign me up” button. It’s that easy!
How do I apply for a job offer through the app?
Use the search engine on the home screen to type in the position or job you would like to find. You can also go to the “Offers” section and use the search engine above. Using the filters you can choose the location, the date of publication or the type of offer you want to see. When you see an offer that interests you, click on “View offer” and find out all the details. If you are interested and want to sign up, click on the “Sign me up” button. It’s that easy!
How can I manage my applications?
Manage any aspect of your applications in the “Applications” section of your personal area. You will be able to see the status of each of them at that very moment: registered, pre-selected, selected, presented, interviewed or hired. You can also delete your application in the “Applications” section by selecting the option “Delete my application”.
What information is required to register for job offers?
The mandatory data to sign up for any Eurofirms offer are the ones you are asked for when you create an account with us. For some offers we ask for additional information at the time of registration, for example, if you have a driving license or live near the place of work. If you don’t have an account with Eurofirms yet, register to sign up for the thousands of job offers we have available!
What jobs can I find at Eurofirms?
Eurofirms collaborates with leading companies to offer jobs in all sectors and specializations. Enter the “Job offers” page and type your profile or specific job position in the “Job search engine”. Find your opportunity.
Are Eurofirms selection processes open to people with disabilities?
At Eurofirms we are committed to inclusion and promoting a culture of equality in companies. Therefore, all our processes are inclusive. You can apply for any job offer in our job board.
Profile, documentation and recruitment
What documents do I need to work?
If you live in Spain you only need the DNI and the Social Security number to have a job. In case you do not have the Social Security number, it is not a problem, we will take care of everything for you. If you are not a resident in Spain, you will need the Foreigner’s Identity Card (TIE) and the Foreigner’s Identity Number (NIE).
How can I sign the employment contract?
Before joining the job, you must sign all the contractual documentation through the Eurofirms web or APP. Consult the manual to see the steps to follow.

How to attach documents in my personal area?
If you need to attach any kind of documentation, you can do so in the “Documentation” tab of the “Procedures” section of your personal area.
Where can I find my contractual and employment documentation?
All your documentation related to Eurofirms is always available in the “Documentation” tab of the “Managements” section of your personal area. You can use the filter by date or by type of document to find more quickly the documentation you are looking for.

When will I receive my salary with Eurofirms?
Between the 1st and 5th of the month following the completion of your work. You can check your collection history in the “Collections” tab of the “Managements” section in your private area.
How do I unsubscribe my profile?
Click on “Unsubscribe” in the “More” section of your personal area.
How do I modify my profile data?
Access the “Profile” section of your personal area. Modify, add or delete personal data, knowledge, experience and work preferences.
In what formats can the resume be attached?
You can upload your resume in the following formats: pdf, doc and docx. It can be a maximum of 2MB (2,000 btyes).
