At Eurofirms, we had the honor of participating in the China–Nordic Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum 2025, held from October 14 to 16 in Wuhan, China. This international event brought together more than 200 global companies and representatives from over 30 countries.
Eurofirms was represented by our Corporate General Manager, Anna Golsa, and María Jordà, Leader of the Eurofirms Foundation, who presented our services, our culture, and our way of working to Chinese companies interested in new talent management models.
A space for exchange, innovation and sustainable development
Organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the forum established itself as a key meeting point for dialogue between companies, institutions, and international leaders. Over the three days, it promoted knowledge exchange, innovation, and sustainable development in an environment that fostered economic and business cooperation between China and Europe.
Our presence at the forum allowed us to share how we support organizations in their expansion into strategic markets such as Europe and Latin America, managing and developing talent from a unique perspective: putting people at the center.
Promoting a People-First culture internationally
Participation in this forum was a strategic opportunity to continue building bridges between corporate cultures and generate synergies that drive sustainable growth. Our People First culture, which places people at the center of all decisions, was received with great interest by the attending companies, reaffirming our commitment to more humane, inclusive, and effective talent management.
At Eurofirms, we continue to focus on internationalization as a way to share our vision and contribute to the development of more conscious, connected, and prepared organizations for global challenges.
