At Eurofirms, we firmly believe that business growth is only possible through the development of people. That’s why we’ve partnered with Huawei Spain Academy to bring technological training to approximately 15.000 people in Spain.
This alliance reinforces both entities’ commitment to training in new technologies and promoting talent, offering access to specialized courses to employees and collaborators within the Eurofirms ecosystem. At Eurofirms, we believe that investing in technology is investing in people, because only through continuous, high-quality training can we build more humane, innovative and sustainable organizations.
An alliance to transform the future of talent
The partnership between Eurofirms Group, Spain’s leading multinational talent management company and Huawei Spain Academy, a pioneering educational initiative in the country, will allow for the integration of Huawei’s training content into the internal platform Eurofirms University by Huawei. This collaboration represents a unique opportunity to expand the reach of specialized training , promoting professional development and strengthening the technology sector in Spain.
The agreement was formalized last Friday, October 31, in Madrid with the participation of Carmen González Gens, Vice President of Huawei Spain, and Miquel Jordà, President and CEO of Eurofirms Group, along with representatives from both organizations. Carmen González highlighted the value of this partnership in bringing technology closer to everyone, while Miquel Jordà emphasized Eurofirms’ commitment to talent development as a driver of business transformation.
Training, inclusion and social commitment
This collaboration adds to other previous initiatives between Huawei and Eurofirms Foundation , such as the “Leaders for Inclusion” event, which promoted equal opportunities and accessibility in work environments.
Huawei Spain Academy is based on four key pillars: Training Center, Academic Platform, Huawei Campus and Social Action Program, all aimed at training thousands of people in digital skills.
For our part, Eurofirms University continues its mission to support people in their professional growth, with more than 20,000 hours of training provided in technical skills, soft skills and digital tools.
This union reinforces our mission: to accompany people on their path of growth, to offer them tools to face the challenges of the present and the future, and to continue building more humane, innovative and sustainable organizations.
