The second edition of La Bravísima, organised by the Eurofirms Foundation, once again demonstrated that diversity and inclusion are much more than words: they are real commitments that transform lives. With more than 250 business, social and cultural leaders gathered at the Hostal de La Gavina (S’Agaró), the event has established itself as an essential event for those who want to build a more just and equitable world of work.
A day of inspiration, commitment and talent
With prominent figures such as Marc Gasol, Ona Carbonell and Luz Casal, as well as personalities from the business world such as Rosa Tous, Anna Gener, Anna Navarro, Carme Ruscalleda and Sor Lucía Caram, La Bravísima was a vibrant space where the importance of integrating diversity and inclusive leadership in organisations was highlighted.
The evening was enlivened by live music, local magic and a charity raffle, all hosted by journalist Clara Sánchez-Castro and consultant Paula Fernández-Ochoa. Renowned chef Romain Fornell provided the culinary touch with an exclusive menu that delighted attendees.
TechAcademy: An opportunity for inclusive talent
The funds raised during the event will go to TechAcademy, a training initiative that supports employment for people with disabilities in sectors such as web development and cybersecurity. In 2024, this program will have trained 109 people, 28% of whom are women, with a job placement rate of 75%.
Corner Talk: Reflections that drive change
One of the key moments of the day was the Corner Talk by Claire Joster, under the theme #TalentIsEverywhere, which brought together three inspiring roundtables. It was a space to share experiences, challenge paradigms and reaffirm that talent knows no limits.
A future with equal opportunities
With the support of committed companies such as Claire Joster, the Climent Guitart Foundation, Autopodium, Engel & Völkers, Henkel and Bodegas Torres, La Bravísima reaffirms its role as a driving force for social change.
This event not only highlights a necessary cause, but also strengthens alliances between the business and social sectors to build a future where equal opportunities are a reality for everyone.
