The heat, the beach… and our summer campaign are here! An action designed to strengthen our temporary employment services during this key time of year.
Under the concept of “The best souvenir of summer”, we wanted to highlight that the best way to remember this season is not with a magnet of a squid sandwich or a figurine of the Eiffel Tower, but with a great work experience or the perfect talent for your team, depending on whether you are a professional or a company.
A 360 communication campaign
We have adapted the concept to different digital and offline media to create a 360 communication campaign: social networks, Eurofirms digital channels, physical postcards, wild posting or mailing. In each of the pieces of the campaign we have used local souvenir insights to impact each candidate or company more directly, taking advantage of segmentation according to territory. During the campaign we mention some iconic souvenirs such as the Sagrada Família magnet or the typical flamenco dress.
Summer: the engine of temporary employment in Spain
The summer season continues to be the period with the highest activity in temporary hiring, along with the last months of the year. According to our latest study, the sectors with the highest demand are transport and storage, and hospitality. The areas with the most opportunities are concentrated in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Cadiz, the Canary Islands and Andalusia, and the most sought-after profiles include drivers, warehouse workers, waiters and cooks.
