At Eurofirms Foundation, we participate in the 2025-2026 edition of the SIOAS program (Comprehensive Services for Guidance, Support, and Labor Insertion). This initiative is driven by the Generalitat de Catalunya and co-financed by the European Union. Our goal is clear: to improve the employability of people with disabilities and/or mental health disorders through guidance, training, and support actions towards labor insertion.
Personalized pathways to boost employability.
The SIOAS program is a key tool for social and labor inclusion. Through a tailored itinerary for each participant, we work to identify their competencies, improve their training, and facilitate access to real job opportunities. We do not believe in generic solutions: each person is unique, and so should be their path to employment.
Who is it addressed to?
This program is aimed at residents of the province of Barcelona who have a recognized disability level of 33% or higher, or who have a medical diagnosis related to mental health. It is designed for individuals who are in an active job search situation and need specific support to access or maintain a job.
What actions does the SIOAS program offer?
Participants can access comprehensive guidance and support completely free of charge to define their professional goals and the path to achieve them. They also participate in employability workshops, where they work on key aspects to improve their access to the job market, and have the opportunity to do internships in regular companies to gain real experience. The program’s methodology is hybrid and in-person, allowing for a combination of group sessions and individualized attention both online and in physical spaces, adapting to the needs of each participant. Additionally, they have spaces for job searching and support during selection processes, as well as follow-up once employed in the job market to ensure their stability and long-term professional development.
