To mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3) , Eurofirms Foundation has launched an awareness campaign to promote workplace inclusion . This year, 2025, we are presenting a campaign that reminds us of a key idea: talent is everywhere.
Breaking stereotypes to showcase talent
The campaign stems from a common reality: prejudices about the talent of people with disabilities still exist. Under the concept “Talent is everywhere”, the pieces creatively, clearly and directly show that people with disabilities can be whatever they want to be.
The 3D campaign is being rolled out across multiple channels: videos for digital and social media, TV spots on six channels, radio ads, print ads in over 30 newspapers, and advertising on 12 different outdoor media platforms. In addition, more than 50 companies have joined the effort to amplify the message through their external and internal communications, as well as their social media channels.
A genuine commitment to inclusion
At Eurofirms Foundation, we promote the employment of people with disabilities through training, support, and awareness programs, and we help companies create inclusive environments. Our purpose is clear: to guarantee real opportunities and demonstrate that talent knows no barriers.
