Last Friday, we held our highly anticipated Forum 2024-2025 at the impressive Oceanogràfic in Valencia. This event brought together Eurofirms members from around the world, both in person and via streaming. This annual meeting allowed us to review the achievements of 2024 and project the goals that will mark 2025.
In a setting that evoked the depth and fluidity of the ocean, we shared moments of reflection, celebrated our successes and delved deeper into the pillars that make us unique: People First, excellence and growth.
The words of Miquel Jordà
At the Forum’s opening, our CEO, Miquel Jordà, began with words laden with meaning: “2024 has been a year of effort and achievement, but the most important thing is that we have never lost sight of who we are and what we stand for. Success is not only measured solely in numbers, but in our ability to remain true to our values.”
These words set the tone for the event, reminding us that the true driving force behind Eurofirms is its people.
The milestones of 2024
2024 will be remembered as a year in which we achieved record-breaking results. But beyond the numbers, it was a year in which we demonstrated our ability to overcome challenges and consolidate our position as leaders in the sector.
We strengthened our social commitment thanks to the work of the Eurofirms Foundation, which extended its assistance to thousands of people in vulnerable situations. This achievement not only reflects our mission as a company, but also the real impact we have on the communities around us.
It was also a year of operational excellence, creativity and innovation, in which our teams demonstrated that, even in rough seas, collaboration and talent are the best tools for reaching a successful conclusion.
The vision for 2025
Our 2025 strategic plan invites us to continue moving forward with a focus on sustainable growth, digital innovation and the most important value of all: people.
Digital innovation will be our main ally in this new stage. During the Forum, technological projects designed to optimize our processes, facilitate decision-making and offer a more agile and close service were presented.
These initiatives reflect our commitment to the future, where technology and humanity work hand in hand to create solutions that truly make a difference.
An event full of emotions and learning
The Forum was much more than a corporate event; it was a meeting filled with emotions, learning and moments that will remain etched in our memories.
Valencia, so significant this year, witnessed the solidarity of the entire Eurofirms Group team and the company itself, with the collection of 22.000€ destined to help those affected by DANA.
From the powerful reflection of Azucena Marín, expert communicator in Communicology, on the impact of our words to the magic of a private tour of the Oceanogràfic, every moment of the Forum was a celebration of who we are and what we can become together.
