At Eurofirms, we are reinforcing our position as a talent partner at the Oysho Valladolid Premier Padel P2 tournament, consolidating our presence at one of the sporting events with the greatest international reach.

This collaboration reflects our approach to employment: putting people at the center and generating opportunities in contexts of high social and economic impact.

Over 180 hires for an international event

Eurofirms has managed over 180 hires across the two editions of the Oysho Valladolid Premier Padel P2 tournament (2025 and 2026), contributing to the smooth operation of the event.

This year, held from June 21 to 28 in Valladolid’s Plaza Mayor, 88 professionals were hired to handle customer service, hospitality, logistics, and player support, both in the qualifying rounds and the main draw.

The tournament, which this year celebrates 20 years of professional padel in the city, attracted over 38,000 spectators and reached an estimated audience of 19 million people in 130 countries, solidifying its position as a global showcase for talent and sport.

Eurofirms: talent and experience in major sporting events

At Eurofirms, we understand that the success of major events depends on the talent of the people who make them possible. That is why we continue to invest in sport as a platform connecting employment and society.

Our collaboration with the Oysho Valladolid Premier Padel P2 joins other leading events, such as the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell – Trofeo Conde de Godó, where we have managed over 700 placements across six editions.

These projects reinforce our experience in environments with high operational demands and international visibility and allow us to continue promoting job opportunities aligned with our People first culture.

Generating quality employment, connecting talent with opportunities, and contributing to the development of top-tier events are part of our commitment to job creation, talent development, and a more dynamic, inclusive and future-oriented society.
