At Eurofirms Group, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Golsa as our new global CEO , a position she will assume in January 2026. With this decision, our organization strengthens its governance model and advances the implementation of our 2024-2027 strategic plan, designed by the new team and led by Anna Golsa.
A new stage of growth and transformation
Anna Golsa joined Eurofirms Group in 2023 as Managing Director of Corporate Services, and with her appointment, we have created a management committee focused on the digital transformation plan and the company’s international consolidation. During this time, she has developed the integration of innovative technologies into the recruitment processes and has contributed to strengthening the group’s presence in the seven countries where we operate.
Miquel Jordà, until now CEO, will continue to be linked to our company as Chairman of the Advisory Board , with a role focused on strategic supervision and the promotion of the People first culture, a fundamental pillar in the growth and international expansion of the group.
More than 10 years of national and international leadership
With over ten years of experience in management positions at both national and international levels, Anna Golsa has led innovation and digital transformation projects at companies such as Cofidis, where she served as Director of Operations and B2C Business and as a member of the Board of Directors. Her track record reinforces Eurofirms Group’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating value for clients and professionals .
