That’s why participating in Top Human Leaders 2025, an event that brings together business leaders to share their vision of more human, inclusive and multigenerational leadership, has been a unique opportunity to showcase our purpose and our People first culture.
An event that inspires human and multigenerational leadership
At Top Human Leaders 2025, Eurofirms participated in a special way with a presentation that reflected our essence and purpose. In a setting focused on human, inclusive and multigenerational leadership, we wanted to demonstrate that these values are part of our culture and every action we take.
Our presentation had a special character that allowed us to share what defines us. For eight minutes, we connected with the audience through emotions, stories and values that are part of our culture. We did this through three moments that reflect who we are:
- An opening dance starring Rosanna and Jan, two champions who show us that talent knows no barriers.
- A heartfelt and moving interview, in which Ainhoa gave voice to the story of Rosanna, two-time Spanish ballroom dancing champion with 100% hearing loss. A true example of overcoming adversity and embracing diversity.
- Anna Golsa’s closing remarks connect this story with our purpose: to put people at the center, promote inclusion and commit to meaningful innovation.
Every gesture, every word and every emotion on stage reflected what drives us: to give everyone the space and opportunity to demonstrate their true talent.
Two awards that reinforce our People first vision
During the gala, Eurofirms received two awards that fill us with pride:
- Innovation with purpose, awarded to Anna Golsa for promoting innovation from a humanistic perspective.
- Inclusive Leadership, awarded to Maria Jordà and accepted by Ainhoa, Regional Leader of Eurofirms Foundation, for her work in creating inclusive environments.
These awards reflect our culture and our commitment to equal opportunities, inclusion and the responsible use of technology to boost human talent.
