Over the past few weeks, the Eurofirms Foundation has shared unique moments with companies and foundations committed to diversity, inclusion and teamwork. These collaborations have resulted in activities that inspire, unite and generate a positive impact on participants.
Each meeting has represented an opportunity to break down barriers, encourage participation and create spaces where everyone feels valued. Through meaningful experiences, the commitment to a more just, empathetic and accessible society has been reinforced.
Dynamics that awaken empathy and collaboration
In collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Spain, the Fundación Raíles and the Fundación Majadahonda, recreational activities were organized to promote empathy, respect and collaboration between people with and without disabilities. The activities, designed from an inclusive perspective, allowed each participant to freely express themselves, share their talents and feel part of a diverse and cohesive team.
The magic of these activities lies in the human connection they generate. Shared laughter, gestures of mutual support and moments of genuine connection reflect an environment where inclusion is a natural, everyday experience.
Creativity, sustainability and expression without barriers
Creativity has been the focus of the activities carried out in collaboration with Casino Gran Madrid , the Asociación de Pintores con la Boca y con el Pie and the Fundación AcVadi, where urban art and the design of personalized bags have become tools of expression and connection. Each work has told a unique story, demonstrating that art is a universal language that transcends all barriers.
In addition, with GSK and the Asociación Asadema, an accessible natural space was created that allowed participants to explore biodiversity, learn about sustainability and enjoy an enriching environment. This experience brought participants closer to nature, reinforcing the importance of caring for the planet from an inclusive perspective.
