2 September 2019. Eurofirms is strengthening its position as the top human resources company in Spain with the acquisition of Job Digital Networks, owner of CornerJob and a company with two business lines: the Employment Marketplace, a mobile job search platform with a volume of 40,000 monthly downloads, and temporary employment. In 2018 the company Job Digital Networks recorded a turnover of 4.7 million euros.
This new acquisition forms part of Eurofirm’s constant investment in technology to place it at the cutting edge of innovation. Furthermore, the company is increasing its domestic and international presence in countries such as Italy and France, and provides its customers with an even more comprehensive service, offering solutions for temporary employment, outsourcing, custom projects on the customer’s premises, outplacement and the integration of people with disabilities, which is carried out by the Eurofirms Foundation.
The staff at Job Digital Networks, which comprises 56 people, has been progressively integrated into operations at Eurofirms, whose staff number more than 850 professionals.
The company’s expansion process, which now has a network of 123 offices (105 in Spain and 18 in Portugal and Holland), aims to continue offering a supportive and high-quality service to all of its customers and employees.
An expanding project
Eurofirm’s plan for the future is based on continuing to be a leading company in the Human Resources sector, with extensive geographical coverage and high service quality for its customers. Eurofirms, with a turnover of 386 million euros in 2018 (10% higher than the previous year), is currently the top Spanish Human Resources company, fourth in the sector in Spain and recognised by The Financial Times for the third consecutive year as one of the 1,000 fastest-growing companies in Europe.
Eurofirm’s business model is one of a technology company that is committed to people, prioritising management by values; this is one of the reasons why Eurofirms has become a benchmark for quality in Human Resources, confirming the strength of a business model that puts people and their well-being first when it comes to achieving the best results.
