This is one of the key ideas highlighted in the interview, where Anna Golsa explains how recruitment processes have evolved towards a model that focuses on aspects that go beyond experience and qualifications. In fact, 89% of hiring mistakes originate from factors that do not appear on a CV. Attributes such as attitude, adaptability, values, motivations and alignment with company culture are becoming increasingly important in ensuring successful, sustainable hires that have a positive business impact.   <\/p><p>That is why matching has become a strategic variable for organisations.
