Jaume, has explained in this interview how we work to connect talent and opportunities with a more human, digital and inclusive vision.  <\/p>\n\n<br\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">People first corporate culture<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofirms.com\/es\/en\/about-us\/people-first\/\">People first <\/a>corporate culture is at the core of all Eurofirms&#8217; activities<\/strong>. From <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofirms.com\/es\/en\/talent-recruitment\/\">Staffing, our temporary employment division<\/a>, the objective is to help people find a job that matches their skills and aspirations. It is a way of understanding employment that generates value for society, fosters trust and promotes sustainable labor relations. In Jaume&#8217;s words, &#8220;doing things right works&#8221;: in 2024, the company achieved a record turnover of \u20ac619 million, up 13% on the previous year.   <\/p>\n\n<br\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Innovation and technology with a human approach<\/h2>\n\n<p>Digitalization is one of the pillars of Eurofirms growth. Thanks to its collaboration with <strong>Telef\u00f3nica Tech<\/strong>, we have incorporated <strong>artificial intelligence solutions<\/strong> that analyze more than 20 criteria in the selection processes, improving accuracy, agility and fairness. This technological approach does not replace human interaction, but rather enhances it.
