The <strong>manufacturing industry<\/strong> has grown by 7%, driven by seasonal food campaigns. <strong>Logistics and warehousing<\/strong> have increased by <strong>12%<\/strong>, with key profiles for distribution and e-commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>cultural and recreational sector<\/strong> stood out with <strong>48%<\/strong> growth, driven by the rise of events and a society that demands <strong>quality leisure<\/strong> and enriching experiences. Demand for profiles such as <strong>waiter assistants, tour guides, cleaning staff and event planners<\/strong> also increased, reflecting a more diverse and professionalized market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although summer continues to generate temporary contracts, sectors such as <strong>hospitality<\/strong>, the <strong>food industry<\/strong>, <strong>logistics<\/strong> and <strong>culture<\/strong> are increasingly offering <strong>stable employment<\/strong> and new opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffffff00;color:#ffffff00\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Young people and summer employment: new motivations and opportunities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For many young people, temporary summer jobs are no longer just a way to earn money, but a <strong>way to gain experience and professional skills<\/strong>.
