Proprietary technology for people management: our commitment to innovation is one of the pillars of Eurofirms Group, which has led to the development of technological resources that improve people management and reduce environmental impact. One of our main actions is to reduce paper consumption, with the aim of eliminating it completely in the near future. This measure consists of several actions and indicators:
- Internal and external awareness of the importance of not printing documentation: e-mails, contracts and other information.
- Continuous improvement and dissemination of our electronic signature platform for documentation, through the web and the Eurofirms app.
- Digital archiving of contractual documentation (both clients and employees).
- Culture that promotes recycling and the use of recycled paper for documentation that must be printed on paper.
- Tracking of the ratio of electronically and digitally signed versus paper signed documentation.
- App for time control, which eliminates the use of paper time sheets altogether.
- Digital catalogs: we have eliminated any paper catalog or presentation.
SDG 17 - Partnerships to achieve the goals

Both from Eurofirms Group and through our Foundation, we have collaboration agreements with entities similar to ours, which work for common objectives.
