    Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) is the set of measures and actions implemented to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases and other risks arising from the work environment. It is important because it guarantees the safety and health of workers, improves the company’s productivity and complies with current legislation, avoiding penalties and promoting a safe working environment.

    Yes, Spanish legislation (Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention) establishes that all companies, regardless of their size, must guarantee the health and safety of their workers. This implies the creation of an Occupational Risk Prevention Plan that includes the identification of risks, the adoption of preventive measures and the continuous training of employees. Companies that do not comply with these regulations may face financial penalties.

    Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) also includes health promotion and is the key to the development of your company. We obtain key indicators for the organization of our solutions that can be applied individually or as a whole.

    Outsourcing solutions: the objective is to develop a health care program to prevent absenteeism, increase attendance and early recovery of affected personnel. These solutions consist of: medical and/or nursing services and physiotherapy services.

    Psychology solutions: individual psychotherapy is a telematic service for the promotion of mental health. Each session addresses work-related disorders, self-awareness and personal growth. This solution has the following specifications: 100% online (with or without video), 30-minute sessions, 10 sessions per year per patient and schedule from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm.

    Training solutions: the training service represents the basis for generating a healthy culture, providing workers with tools and reliable sources of information. We offer a wide range of online and face-to-face training courses, given by multidisciplinary professionals and eligible for FUNDAE credit.

    If your company does not have an ORP department, we offer external consulting services and can act as your specialized prevention team. We carry out risk assessments, prepare the necessary prevention plans, provide training and ensure that your company complies with ORP regulations. In addition, we offer continuous advice for the management of occupational safety, tailored to the needs of your company and the people who form part of it.
